Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had Kennedy Maintenance carry out a few jobs at my place, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They installed a new thumb turn, fitted a new door closer, and also fixed a leak under my bath.

From start to finish, they were amazing—thorough, efficient, and clearly take real pride in their work. Everything was completed to a high standard, and they made sure the job was done properly rather than rushing through it.

They were also very professional and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable maintenance work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Liam and his colleague have carried out a couple of jobs for me, very efficiently both times, and they are very pleasant to deal with, explaining what they're doing and why. They're also quick to respond. I would highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can't recommend this firm enough. I had a very tricky job, but Liam and his team helped us quickly and efficiently. I needed a manhole cover which the previous homeowner had concreted over (and was in the middle of our kitchen floor!) to be exposed urgently -- in order to fix a plumbing emergency. Liam and his team were fast, reassuring and did a brilliant job on something which could have been a nightmare: ripping up the kitchen and putting the flooring back down again seamlessly. Would 100% recommend Kennedy Maintenance and use them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have some rot in the timber cill and a corner of one of my double glazed windows. Kennedy Maintenance came and looked at the problem and gave me a reasonable quote to repair the windows back to new-looking. The work was completed quickly and the window looks like it did on the day I bought it. All the way through Kennedy Maintenance kept me informed of what was going on. I am really pleased with the work that Kennedy Maintenance did and I would use them again.

Well, having been so pleased with the work Kennedy Maintenance had done, when I found that I had two more windows with rot in the cills and window frames, I called them to repair them too. Again I am really pleased with the result and I would use them again.
